Time's Lab Cloud is a bare-metal Mac hosting service based in Toronto, Canada. We rack brand-new Mac minis and Mac Studios in a professional facility, give each machine to exactly one customer, and after 15 months of continuous subscription hand the whole machine over to you.
Many teams need a Mac that stays online with a fixed network setup, for builds, testing or running agents. The usual workarounds are shared proxies, shared accounts, or paying a third party to top up and activate services. They work in the short term but leave three kinds of risk. We designed our service to solve only the technical part, and we spell out what we don't do.
Shared proxies and constantly changing exit IPs easily trip third-party platforms' risk controls. Many platforms expect you to sign in from the same IP and the same device over time. Remote-desktopping into a home computer can't guarantee bandwidth or stability either.
Possible outcome: accounts restricted or suspended, business interrupted.
Paying subscriptions through a third party, or sharing or reselling accounts, breaks most platforms' terms of service. Collecting and paying money across borders on someone else's behalf may also fall under local payment and foreign-exchange rules. And once an account registered in someone else's name is suspended, appeals and data recovery are very hard.
Possible outcome: lost accounts and history, and legal exposure for whoever paid.
Multi-tenant VMs, and accounts or devices in someone else's name, blur who can see your business data. Moving data across borders can also bring extra compliance obligations that need assessing up front.
Possible outcome: client records, quotes and other sensitive information leak.
The above is a general description of risks and is not legal advice. Customers are responsible for making sure their use complies with local laws and with the terms of any third-party platform.
Every customer gets a whole physical Mac, its own switch port and its own static IP. No virtualization and no overselling, which rules out guilt-by-association bans at the root.
Every configuration is priced from Apple Canada's own prices and includes 1 year of AppleCare+. Speed upgrades are on the price list. No hidden fees.
You're not just paying rent. After 15 months on service, ownership of the whole machine passes to you.
We only do hardware hosting and network access, and never touch your money or your third-party accounts. The scope of service is written into the contract.
Pick a speed tier and we place your machine on the matching node. There's no node to choose yourself.

[Address / area]. Line speed up to 8.0 Gbps, carrying the 5.0–8.0 Gbps tier for heavy traffic and model inference.
Every machine includes 1 year of AppleCare+. Hardware faults are repaired by Apple or an authorized service provider, and a standby machine covers you during the repair.
Runs the facility network, static IP allocation, line monitoring and incident response.
We sign business service contracts as a Canadian-registered company and issue proper invoices.
