控制端是我们自主开发的连接工具，仅用于提升远程连接体验。线路在交付前由我们设置好，安装后打开即可连接。控制端为可选项，不强制使用，你也可以继续用自己习惯的远程方式。

Time's Lab Cloud 是总部位于加拿大多伦多的离岸人工智能开发环境服务商，提供环境搭建、运行维护与接口验证。我们把全新的 Mac mini 和 Mac Studio 放进专业机房，一台只给一位客户用，并在 15 个月连续订阅后可以把整台机器交给你。

Why we built this

#### 出海团队在运行环境上的三类风险。

很多团队需要一台长期在线、网络环境固定的 Mac，用来做构建、测试或运行 Agent。常见的做法是用共享的虚拟机、多人共用账号，或者委托第三方代为充值和开通服务。这些做法短期能用，但会留下以下三类风险。我们把服务设计成只解决其中技术层面的问题，并把不做的事情写清楚。

RISK 01

##### 开发与测试环境不稳定

多人共用的虚拟机性能和出口地址随时变化，接口回调、白名单和自动化测试很难稳定复现。用家用电脑做远程桌面，带宽和稳定性也难以保证。

可能后果：测试结果不可复现，构建与发布中断。

OUR APPROACH一台独享物理 Mac，一个长期固定的静态公网 IP，接入商业光纤，运行环境不随意变更。

RISK 02

##### 代充值与代持账号

委托第三方代付订阅费、共用或转售账号，违反多数平台的服务条款。跨境代收代付还可能涉及所在地的资金结算和外汇监管。账号登记在他人名下，一旦被停用，申诉和数据找回都很困难。

可能后果：账号与历史数据丢失，付款方承担法律风险。

OUR APPROACH不代充值、不代收代付、不代注册或代持任何第三方账号。客户以自己的名义注册和付费，我们只负责开发环境本身。

RISK 03

##### 数据与资产控制权不清

多租户虚拟机、他人名下的账号和设备，让业务数据的可见范围变得模糊。数据跨境传输还可能带来额外的合规义务，需要事先评估。

可能后果：客户资料、报价等敏感信息外泄。

OUR APPROACH物理隔离，机器在网满 15 个月后归你。运维人员未经客户书面授权不登录系统，数据责任写入对公合同。

**年付和月付有什么区别？**

年付一次付 12 个月，单月价格比月付低 20%。月付按月订阅，随时可停。

**年付满 12 个月后怎么续？**

再续 3 个月月付即可满 15 个月拿到机器，也可以直接续签次年享受年付价。

**价格含税吗？**

页面所有价格均为加元（CA$），不含税。

**Apple 调价后价格会变吗？**

已签约订单在 15 个月内价格不变；产权转移后继续由我们运行维护，服务费也不会上涨。市场价格下调时，下调自动适用于你。

**你们提供代充值或账号注册服务吗？**

不提供。我们只负责开发环境的搭建与运行维护，第三方服务请以你自己的名义注册和付费。

控制端是我们自主开发的连接工具，仅用于提升远程连接体验：降低延迟，节省设定时间。线路在交付前由我们设置好，安装后打开即可连接到托管在多伦多机房的 Mac。

控制端为可选项，不强制使用。你拥有整台 Mac 的管理员权限，也可以继续用自己习惯的远程方式连接。

**提交后多久能拿到机器？**

### 服务条款与政策

Time's Lab Cloud 提供离岸人工智能开发环境的搭建、运行维护与接口验证服务，属于信息技术外包与研发测试服务。本页说明使用服务的基本条件、禁止的用途，以及我们如何处理你的信息。

01 · Terms of Service

#### 服务条款

本条款是对服务规则的公开摘要。每位客户签署的《离岸人工智能环境搭建与接口验证服务协议》是双方权利义务的依据；两者不一致时，以签署的协议为准。

1.1

##### 服务内容

我们为企业客户搭建并维护一套独享的 macOS 人工智能开发与接口验证环境，包括一台专用的 Apple Silicon 物理主机（Mac mini 或 Mac Studio）、独立机位、独立网络接入与一个固定公网地址、UPS 备电、第一年 AppleCare+，以及工作日 48 小时内响应的技术支持。固定公网地址仅作为验证环境的技术属性提供，用于接口回调、白名单和稳定性验证。

1.2

##### 服务对象

服务仅面向依法注册的企业和团队。签约主体、付款账户和联系人须真实有效，并以签约主体自己的名义付款。我们可在签约前或服务期间核实身份与用途。

1.3

##### 交付与权限

收到首期款后 10 个工作日内交付远程访问凭证；定制配置需等待 Apple 发货，时间以订单确认为准。交付后你拥有设备的最高管理员权限，可自行安装开发工具和 AI 工具。你在设备上安装的软件、数据和工作负载由你自己负责，请自行备份。

1.4

##### 费用与付款

- 所有价格均以加元（CA$）计，不含税，以订单确认为准。
- 年付方案签约时一次付清 12 个月；第 13 至 15 个月按月付价预付。月付方案每月 1 日前预付当月费用。
- 逾期 5 日可暂停服务，逾期 30 日可终止服务；逾期款按每月 2% 计收滞纳金。
- 每次收款后 5 个工作日内开具正式发票。

1.5

##### 价格承诺

订单约定的 15 个月内，我们不上调该订单的服务费和网络接入档加价。设备产权转移后如你选择继续由我们运行维护，服务费不高于转移前的月付价。我们可根据市场情况下调价格，下调自动适用于你。

1.6

##### 设备产权转移

累计 15 个已付清且处于服务中的月份，且无欠款、无未了结违约时，设备产权自动转给你。之后你可以选择寄回（国际运费、保险、关税由你承担），或继续由我们运行维护。欠费、暂停或违约期间不计入 15 个月。

1.7

##### 可用性与维护

我们以月度 99.0% 的供电和网络可用性为目标，不含计划维护、你自身原因、上游运营商故障和不可抗力。未达标时按不可用时长比例抵扣下月服务费，上限为当月服务费的 30%。计划维护提前 48 小时通知。硬件故障通过 Apple 官方售后处理，维修期间如无法提供替代设备，不计收服务费。

1.8

##### 我们何时会操作你的设备

交付后，我们不会登录或操作设备的操作系统，除非你按协议附件出具书面授权，写明范围、有效期（不超过 72 小时）和访问方式。口头授权无效。断电重启、网线和网络设备调整、硬件送修等物理层操作，以及依据可接受使用政策采取的断网、收回和数据保全措施，不需要授权。

1.9

##### 终止与退款

- 月付方案可提前 15 日书面通知停止，当月费用不退，产权不转移。
- 年付方案在因我们原因 7 日内无法交付时全额退款；其他情况下不退款，但经我们书面同意可将剩余服务期转让给其他企业。
- 因违反可接受使用政策而终止的，已付费用一律不退，详见第 02 部分。

1.10

##### 责任限制

我们对你的全部责任以事发前 3 个月你实际支付的服务费为上限，不承担利润、数据、商誉等间接损失。设备按 Apple 原厂状态交付，我们不对特定用途的适用性作额外保证。

1.11

##### 适用法律

本条款及服务协议适用加拿大安大略省法律及适用于该省的加拿大联邦法律。争议先协商 30 日，协商不成提交安大略省高等法院（多伦多）管辖。

02 · Acceptable Use Policy

#### 可接受使用政策

环境只能用于合法的开发、测试和研究。你须同时遵守加拿大法律、你所在地法律，以及你访问的每个平台的服务条款。以下用途一律禁止，我们可根据合理判断认定，不以司法认定为前提。

2.1

##### 禁止的用途

| 网络用途 | 规避任何国家或地区的网络管理措施；在设备上搭建或运营代理、VPN、隧道、中转服务；将环境、公网地址或带宽出租、转租、转售或提供给第三方使用。 |
|---|---|
| 资金与支付 | 洗钱、资金盘、未持牌支付或换汇、代充值或代付平台、虚假投资、未经许可的博彩。 |
| 欺诈 | 电信诈骗、钓鱼、仿冒网站、冒充他人或机构、以欺骗方式获取款项或信息。 |
| 账号滥用 | 批量注册或购买虚假账号、账号买卖、规避平台风控或封禁、刷单、刷量、虚假评论、盗用他人账号。 |
| 网络滥用 | 垃圾邮件、DDoS、未经授权的扫描或渗透、传播恶意软件。 |
| 违法内容 | 儿童性剥削内容、恐怖主义内容、盗版分发、非法色情内容。 |
| 制裁与出口管制 | 为加拿大或联合国制裁名单上的个人、实体或国家提供服务，或违反加拿大出口管制。 |
| 其他 | 在加拿大或你所在地构成犯罪的行为，或导致我们的地址段、线路或 Apple 账户被封禁、限制的行为。 |

2.2

##### 付款与账户真实性

请以签约主体自己的账户付款。我们不接受第三方代付、代充、他人银行卡或来源不明的资金，也不提供任何第三方平台的代充值、代付或账号代注册服务。你在设备上使用的第三方服务，须以你自己的真实身份注册和付费。

2.3

##### 违规的处理

出现以下任一情况，我们可立即停止服务并终止协议，无需提前通知或给予整改期：

- 付款被拒付、撤销或退单，或查明来自代充、盗用卡或他人账户；
- 你的行为导致我们的公网地址、线路、Apple 账户或上游服务被封禁、限制或停服；
- 使用虚假账户、虚假身份或伪造文件签约或付款；
- 从事 2.1 所列任一禁止用途。

因此终止的，已付费用（含年付未使用部分）一律不退，已累计的服务月份归零，设备产权不转移。我们保留向你追偿的权利，包括更换被封地址或线路的成本、其他客户因此受到的损失、运营商或平台的处罚、调查费用和律师费。

2.4

##### 举报与配合

在合理怀疑存在违法或禁止用途时，我们有权向加拿大或相关国家的执法、监管机构、运营商或受影响的平台举报，并提供签约信息、付款记录、地址分配记录和网络日志。收到合法的调取要求时，我们会依法配合。我们可要求你在 3 个工作日内书面说明用途和最终用户，拒绝说明或提供虚假说明视为重大违约。

2.5

##### 我们看什么、不看什么

我们不查看设备内的文件和数据。为保障网络安全，我们会监测流量规模、端口、连接目标以及外部的投诉和封禁通知。这些信息、第三方投诉和执法问询都可以作为我们判断的依据。

2.6

##### 举报滥用

如发现来自我们地址的滥用行为，请将时间、来源地址和证据发送至 admin@timeslab.ca，邮件标题注明「Abuse」。我们会在 2 个工作日内处理。

03 · Privacy Policy

#### 隐私政策

我们依照加拿大《个人信息保护和电子文件法》（PIPEDA）处理个人信息，只收集开展业务所需的信息。

3.1

##### 我们收集的信息

我们不收集、不查看设备内的文件、代码和数据，也不保存你在设备上使用的第三方账号凭证。

3.2

##### 使用目的

- 回复咨询、报价、签约和开具发票；
- 交付、维护环境和提供技术支持；
- 保障网络安全、处理滥用投诉、执行可接受使用政策；
- 履行法律、税务和会计义务。
我们不出售你的个人信息，也不将其用于与服务无关的营销。

3.3

##### 共享对象

- Apple：设备保修与 AppleCare+ 登记、维修所需；
- 支付和银行机构：处理付款所需；
- 会计和法律顾问：在保密义务下处理财税与法律事务；
- 执法和监管机构：依法要求时，或依可接受使用政策第 2.4 条举报时。

3.4

##### 存储与保存期限

信息主要存储在加拿大。签约与财务记录按加拿大税法要求保存至少 6 年；网络日志与元数据保存 24 个月，涉及调查的按要求延长；未签约的咨询信息在最后一次联系后 2 个月内删除。

3.5

##### 你的权利

你可以要求查阅、更正我们持有的你的个人信息，或撤回对非必要用途的同意。法律要求保留的记录除外，你也可以要求删除。请发邮件至 admin@timeslab.ca，我们会在 30 日内答复。对答复不满意的，可向加拿大隐私专员办公室投诉。

3.6

##### 安全措施

客户资料存放在受访问控制的系统中，仅限需要处理的人员访问。远程授权操作留有记录，授权到期后立即撤销访问凭证。

##### 政策更新与联系

Once you log in remotely, you are this Mac's administrator, with sudo rights. What you install and how you set it up is your call.

- AI coding and LLMs: Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and other tools, plus the apps and APIs of every major model provider. Install them and use them freely.

- The full Apple dev workflow: Xcode, the iOS Simulator, code signing and App Store submission, all on the machine itself.

Controller

#### The Controller.

Lower latency, less setup time.

The Controller is our in-house connection tool, used only to improve the remote connection experience. We set up the route before delivery; install it, open it and connect. It's optional and never required, and you can keep using any remote method you prefer.

- Lower latency: connections take a route set up in advance, with fewer detours

- Less setup time: no ports, VPN or other connection settings to configure yourself

If your team has access-management needs, such as access limits, real-name IPs, risk control or an enterprise firewall, contact us to discuss a separate custom arrangement.

If hardware fails, an identically configured standby machine is online and working within 24–36 hours. Exact timing follows the SLA in your contract.

Official Apple service
Every machine includes 1 year of AppleCare+. Faults are repaired by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Business contracts
You sign with a Canadian-registered company and get proper invoices. The scope of service is written into the contract.

Network outages
In force-majeure events such as a carrier's whole network going down, we switch to an emergency backup line. For important needs you can book a Starlink satellite backup line free of charge to transfer critical files.

Power outages
If city power fails, UPS takes over at once. We are alerted the second it does and contact you right away, with 2–3 hours of emergency backup and buffer time.

Response times
IP faults repaired within 48 hours; with your authorization, an engineer is on site within 8–18 hours.

Time's Lab Cloud is an offshore AI development environment provider headquartered in Toronto, Canada, offering environment setup, operations and API/integration testing. We rack brand-new Mac minis and Mac Studios in a professional facility, give each machine to exactly one customer, and after 15 months of continuous subscription hand the whole machine over to you.

Why we built this

#### Three risks for teams operating overseas.

Many teams need a Mac that stays online with a fixed network setup, for builds, testing or running agents. The usual workarounds are shared virtual machines, shared accounts, or paying a third party to top up and activate services. They work in the short term but leave three kinds of risk. We designed our service to solve only the technical part, and we spell out what we don't do.

RISK 01

##### Unstable development and test environments

Shared virtual machines change performance and exit address all the time, so API callbacks, allowlists and automated tests are hard to reproduce reliably. Remote-desktopping into a home computer can't guarantee bandwidth or stability either.

Possible outcome: test results can't be reproduced, and builds and releases stall.

OUR APPROACHOne dedicated physical Mac, one long-term static public IP on commercial fiber, and an environment that doesn't change under you.

RISK 02

##### Proxy payments and proxy-held accounts

Paying subscriptions through a third party, or sharing or reselling accounts, breaks most platforms' terms of service. Collecting and paying money across borders on someone else's behalf may also fall under local payment and foreign-exchange rules. And once an account registered in someone else's name is suspended, appeals and data recovery are very hard.

Possible outcome: lost accounts and history, and legal exposure for whoever paid.

OUR APPROACHWe don't top up, collect or pay on your behalf, and we don't register or hold any third-party account for you. You sign up and pay in your own name; we look after the development environment only.

RISK 03

##### Unclear control of data and assets

Multi-tenant VMs, and accounts or devices in someone else's name, blur who can see your business data. Moving data across borders can also bring extra compliance obligations that need assessing up front.

Possible outcome: client records, quotes and other sensitive information leak.

OUR APPROACHPhysical isolation, and the machine is yours after 15 months on service. Our staff never log in without the customer's written authorization, and data responsibilities are written into the business contract.

#### About pricing.

**What's the difference between annual and monthly?**

Annual billing pays for 12 months up front at a monthly rate 20% lower than monthly billing. Monthly is a rolling subscription you can stop anytime.

**What happens after 12 months on an annual plan?**

Add 3 more months on the monthly plan to reach 15 months and take the machine, or renew for another year at the annual rate.

**Do prices include tax?**

All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars (CA$) and exclude tax.

**Do prices change if Apple changes its prices?**

Signed orders keep the same price for 15 months, and if we keep operating the machine after ownership passes to you, the service fee won't go up either. If market prices fall, the lower price applies to you automatically.

**Do you offer top-up or account registration services?**

No. We set up and operate the development environment only. Please register and pay for third-party services in your own name.

Controller

### The Controller: smoother connections, less setup.

The Controller is our in-house connection tool, used only to improve the remote connection experience: lower latency and less setup time. We set up the route before delivery; install it, open it and connect to your Mac in our Toronto facility.

The Controller is optional and never required. You have full admin rights on your Mac, so you can keep connecting however you prefer.

**What access do I get? Can I use tools like Claude and Codex?**

You get full macOS administrator (sudo) access. You can install and use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI, any major model, Xcode, Homebrew and Docker yourself. Register those service accounts in your own name.

**How soon can I get a machine?**

Remote access is delivered within 10 business days of signing and payment. Custom configurations wait on Apple's shipping and take longer.

**Can I try it first?**

Your company name and registration details, the name and title of an authorized representative, and billing details. Both sides sign the service agreement and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) at the same time.

### Terms & Policies

Time's Lab Cloud provides setup, operation and API/integration testing of offshore AI development environments, an IT outsourcing and R&D testing service. This page sets out the basic conditions for using the service, the uses we prohibit, and how we handle your information.

01 · Terms of Service

#### Terms of Service

These terms are a public summary of how the service works. The Offshore AI Environment Setup and API Testing Service Agreement signed by each customer sets out both parties' rights and obligations; where the two differ, the signed agreement prevails.

1.1

##### The service

We set up and maintain a dedicated macOS environment for AI development and API testing for business customers. It includes one dedicated Apple Silicon machine (Mac mini or Mac Studio), its own rack position, its own network connection with one fixed public address, UPS backup power, AppleCare+ for the first year, and technical support that responds within 48 business hours. The fixed public address is provided only as a technical property of the test environment, for API callbacks, allowlists and stability testing.

1.2

##### Who can use it

The service is only for lawfully registered businesses and teams. The contracting party, paying account and contact person must be genuine, and payment must be made in the contracting party's own name. We may verify identity and intended use before signing or during the service.

1.3

##### Delivery and access

Remote access credentials are delivered within 10 business days of receiving the first payment; custom configurations wait on Apple's shipping, as confirmed in your order. After delivery you have full administrator rights on the machine and can install development and AI tools yourself. You are responsible for the software, data and workloads you put on the machine, so please keep your own backups.

1.4

##### Fees and payment

- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CA$), exclude tax, and are as confirmed in your order.
- Annual plans pay 12 months in full at signing; months 13 to 15 are prepaid at the monthly rate. Monthly plans prepay each month before the 1st.
- We may suspend service when payment is 5 days overdue and terminate it at 30 days overdue; overdue amounts accrue a late fee of 2% per month.
- A formal invoice is issued within 5 business days of each payment.

1.5

##### Price commitment

During the 15 months set out in your order, we won't raise that order's service fee or network tier add-on. If you keep the machine with us after ownership passes to you, the service fee won't exceed the monthly price before the transfer. We may lower prices in line with the market, and any reduction applies to you automatically.

1.6

##### Transfer of ownership

Once you have 15 fully paid months in service, with no outstanding balance and no unresolved breach, ownership of the machine passes to you automatically. You can then have it shipped to you (international shipping, insurance and duties at your cost) or keep it operated by us. Months in arrears, suspension or breach don't count towards the 15.

##### Availability and maintenance

We target 99.0% monthly power and network availability, excluding planned maintenance, causes on your side, upstream carrier failures and force majeure. If we fall short, we credit next month's service fee in proportion to the downtime, up to 30% of that month's fee. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours ahead. Hardware faults go through Apple's official service; if we can't provide a replacement machine during the repair, no service fee is charged for that time.

##### When we touch your machine

After delivery we don't log in to or operate the machine's operating system unless you give written authorization using the agreement's appendix, stating the scope, validity (no more than 72 hours) and method of access. Verbal authorization is not valid. Physical-layer work such as power cycling, cabling and network equipment changes and sending hardware for repair, and disconnection, recovery and data-preservation steps taken under the Acceptable Use Policy, don't need authorization.

1.9

##### Termination and refunds

- Monthly plans can be stopped with 15 days' written notice; the current month isn't refunded and ownership doesn't transfer.
- Annual plans are refunded in full if we can't deliver within 7 days for reasons on our side; otherwise they aren't refundable, but with our written consent the remaining term can be transferred to another business.
- If service is terminated for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy, fees already paid are not refunded; see Part 02.

1.10

##### Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you is capped at the service fees you actually paid in the 3 months before the event, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, data or goodwill. Machines are delivered in Apple's factory condition, and we give no additional warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

1.11

##### Governing law

These terms and the service agreement are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are first negotiated for 30 days; if unresolved, they go to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Toronto).

02 · Acceptable Use Policy

#### Acceptable Use Policy

The environment may only be used for lawful development, testing and research. You must comply with Canadian law, the law where you are, and the terms of every platform you access. The uses below are prohibited outright; we may decide on reasonable judgement, without waiting for a court ruling.

2.1

##### Prohibited uses

| Network use | Circumventing any country's or region's network controls; setting up or running proxy, VPN, tunnel or relay services on the machine; renting, subletting, reselling or providing the environment, public address or bandwidth to third parties. |

| Money and payments | Money laundering, Ponzi schemes, unlicensed payment or currency exchange, top-up or proxy-payment platforms, fraudulent investment, unlicensed gambling. |
| Fraud | Phone and online scams, phishing, look-alike websites, impersonating people or organizations, obtaining money or information by deception. |
| Account abuse | Bulk-registering or buying fake accounts, trading accounts, evading platform risk controls or bans, fake orders, fake traffic, fake reviews, using other people's accounts. |
| Network abuse | Spam, DDoS, unauthorized scanning or intrusion, distributing malware. |
| Illegal content | Child sexual exploitation material, terrorist content, piracy, illegal pornography. |
| Sanctions and export controls | Serving individuals, entities or countries on Canadian or United Nations sanctions lists, or breaching Canadian export controls. |
| Other | Anything that is a crime in Canada or where you are, or that gets our address ranges, lines or Apple accounts blocked or restricted. |

2.2

##### Genuine payments and accounts

Please pay from the contracting party's own account. We don't accept payment by third parties or top-up services, other people's cards or funds of unknown origin, and we don't offer top-ups, payments or account registration on any third-party platform. Third-party services you use on the machine must be registered and paid for under your own real identity.

2.3

##### How we handle violations

If any of the following happens, we may stop the service and terminate the agreement immediately, without notice or a cure period:

- a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, or turns out to come from a top-up service, a stolen card or someone else's account;
- your activity gets our public addresses, lines, Apple accounts or upstream services blocked, restricted or cut off;
- you sign or pay using fake accounts, a false identity or forged documents;
- you engage in any prohibited use listed in 2.1.

On such termination, fees already paid (including any unused part of an annual plan) are not refunded, accumulated service months reset to zero, and ownership of the machine does not transfer. We reserve the right to recover our costs from you, including replacing blocked addresses or lines, losses suffered by other customers, carrier or platform penalties, investigation costs and legal fees.

2.4

##### Reporting and cooperation

Where we reasonably suspect illegal or prohibited use, we may report it to law enforcement and regulators in Canada or the relevant country, to carriers or to affected platforms, and provide contract details, payment records, address allocation records and network logs. We comply with lawful requests for information. We may ask you to explain the use and end users in writing within 3 business days; refusing or giving a false explanation is a material breach.

2.5

##### What we look at, and what we don't

We don't look at the files or data on your machine. To keep the network secure, we monitor traffic volume, ports, connection destinations and outside complaints and blocking notices. This information, third-party complaints and law-enforcement inquiries can all inform our decisions.

2.6

##### Reporting abuse

If you see abuse coming from our addresses, send the time, source address and evidence to admin@timeslab.ca with “Abuse” in the subject line. We act on reports within 2 business days.

03 · Privacy Policy

#### Privacy Policy

We handle personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and collect only what we need to run the business.

3.1

##### Information we collect

| Booking form | Name, company or team, industry, work email, WeChat or other contact, the model and use you're interested in, and any notes you add. |

| Running the service | Address allocation records, network traffic metadata (volume, ports, connection times), remote authorization and access records, support tickets. |
| Website visits | This website uses no cookies and no analytics or ad-tracking tools, and stores nothing in your browser. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a standard network request to Google when a page loads. |

We don't collect or look at the files, code or data on your machine, and we don't store credentials for third-party accounts you use on it.

3.2

##### How we use it

- to answer inquiries, quote, sign contracts and issue invoices;
- to deliver and maintain the environment and provide technical support;
- to keep the network secure, handle abuse complaints and enforce the Acceptable Use Policy;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don't sell your personal information or use it for marketing unrelated to the service.

3.3

##### Who we share it with

- Apple: as needed for warranty, AppleCare+ registration and repairs;
- payment providers and banks: as needed to process payments;
- accountants and legal advisers: for tax and legal matters, under confidentiality obligations;
- law enforcement and regulators: when required by law, or when reporting under section 2.4 of the Acceptable Use Policy.

3.4

##### Storage and retention

Information is stored mainly in Canada. Contract and financial records are kept for at least 6 years as Canadian tax law requires; network logs and metadata for 24 months, longer where an investigation requires it; inquiries that don't lead to a contract are deleted within 2 months of the last contact.

3.5

##### Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for non-essential uses. You can also ask us to delete it, except for records the law requires us to keep. Email admin@timeslab.ca and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

3.6

##### Security

Customer records are kept in access-controlled systems, open only to the people who need to handle them. Authorized remote access is logged, and access credentials are revoked as soon as an authorization expires.

##### Updates and contact

Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date; material changes affecting signed customers are emailed 30 days in advance. For privacy questions contact admin@timeslab.ca or WeChat LHConsulting.
